Who was Mary Miller?Mary R. Van Hoet-Miller, 65, of Cape Girardeau passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 7, 1957, in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, to the late Harvey and Mariette Tavery Van Hoet. Mary and Gary L. Miller were married in 1979 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He preceded her in death May 4, 2011. Mary attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and graduated with a master's degree in musical performance. She was an organist, musician and radio announcer for KRCU/NPR radio. She was a valued member of Christ Episcopal Church. |
