The Foundry aims to be relational, compassionate, inclusive, authentic, and joyful—the kind of good news people can feel.
Recent wins

If you love tech or design: writing, editing, photography, short videos, website updates, social posts, print layouts.
If you prefer people and hospitality: greeting at the door, Coffee Hour hosting, event setup and cleanup, story collecting, welcoming new folks.
No experience needed—just a willing heart. Training and simple templates provided.
Our commitment
We are building a church culture that is safe and welcoming for LGBTQ+ neighbors, people with disabilities, neurodivergent friends, folks experiencing homelessness, and anyone who has not always found church to be a safe place. Your voice matters here.

- Launched online sign-ups for all ministries and events, plus a QR code in the narthex.
- Kicked off the Welcoming Narthex Project to make our first space warm and accessible.
- Refreshed our newsletter flow so information is easy to find and act on.
- Organized and supported community events that foster connection and care.
- Expanded our web presence so sermons, evening prayer, and updates are easy to access.
